Jason Padilla

Jason Padilla is the son of RWB and realtor at RWB Real Estate, Inc. Jason is a native resident (Beach Boy) of Fort Myers Beach since 1982 and attended locally both Fort Myers Beach Elementary (like Bob) and Bishop Verot High school (02) in Fort Myers. Jason is also an UCF Alum (06) and attended Florida Coastal School of Law.Jason’s approach and enthusiasm carries over to all aspects of his life. He is one of the hardest working agents in real estate and always finds a way to get homes sold and buyers in the home of their dreams.

After Law School, Jason took a position in D.C. with the largest startup company in the country LivingSocial.com breaking sales records throughout. With his vast experience in sales, social-media and marketing, he is able to create a vision for his clients like no other.

The tools he learned in law school and Corp- America make him a valuable resource in dealing with contracts and negotiations. When Jason isn’t selling real estate, you can find him outdoors playing beach volleyball, fishing or anything involving the water and friends. He leads by example and works hard to have his father’s company encompass the highest level of integrity at all times.
