Jason D. Padilla is the son of RWB and a Broker-Associate at RWB Real Estate, Inc. Jason a Beach Boy resident 1982 and attended Beach Elementary School (just like Bob in the late 60’s) and Bishop Verot High School (2002) in Fort Myers. Jason is an UCF Alum (2006) Graduated Business Major with Honors and was on the Dean’s List all 4 years. Also attended Florida Coastal School of Law and most recently has graduated from the Second City School in Chicago, IL in 2024 for comedy, acting /screen writing and tv. In his off time from selling real estate with his fathers local Fort Myers Beach real estate company he can be found flying back and fourth from Fort Myers to NYC where he is working on his other love and craft.
Jason’s approach and enthusiasm carries over to all aspects of his life. As one of the Top Agents he is one of the hardest working agents in real estate and always finds a way to get homes sold and buyers into the home of their dreams or a great commercial investment.
While at Law School Jason, changed directions as he was offered a position in D.C. with at the time one of the largest startup company’s in the country LivingSocial.com. He was breaking sales records throughout his assigned US territory’s for years before coming back to his beloved Beach area he missed while working in California and being in the cold winters up North to work with his father’s real estate company.
Jason, with his vast experience in sales, social-media and marketing, he is able to create a vision for his clients like no other.
The tools he learned from his business degree at UCF, his stint at law school and working in Corp-America make him a valuable resource in dealing with contracts and negotiations.
When Jason is not working he likes to be outdoors, playing Golf, Beach Volleyball, Fishing, Boating, Traveling or anything involving the water and friends. He leads by example and works hard to have his father’s company encompass the highest level of integrity at all times.
