However, Linda Beasley is the President / Broker Owner of Outer Island Mortgage Company, and is a licensed NMLS Loan Originator for Commercial and Residential Mortgages and one of the Oldest Mortgage Broker Companies serving Fort Myers Beach and has a wide range of loan products many Banks do not have or do not do. Her loan experience stretches from Fort Myers Beach / Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel Island, Naples, Bonita, Marco Island and Key West, Fort Lauderdale, Sarasota, Siesta Key and even to few other US States she can do mortgages in.

Linda has over 35+ years of local experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Lending on Fort Myers Beach and  San Carlos Island along with her 20+ years of local Residential Real Estate experience.

Linda is married to Robert W. Beasley and has one son Jason and is a past Board Member on the Town of Fort Myers Beach Local Planning Agency (LPA)  to the Town of Fort Myers Beach Town Council for 6 years, hearing zoning request and working on the Town Of Fort Myers Beach 1st Comprehensive Land Use Plan for development (Comp Plan) .

Is a Past Chairman of the Board of the Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce and also served as a Chamber Board member for over 20+ Years and also served as a Board Member on the Chamber Foundation.

Served 5 years as the President of the Beach Kid’s Foundation a 501 C3 Organization that has provided Scholarships to 100’s of Beach Students for college for many years and also provide help with supplies/computers/desk  to the Beach School and at Christmas time they made sure no kid was left out with Christmas Gifts and even helped many families with food and clothing.

Member Beach First Baptist Church, National Association of Realtors (NAR), Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), Palm Coast Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers MLS and the Beach / Islands.

When not working or volunteering Linda enjoys Golf, Boating, Fishing and is a Certified Scuba Diver, Snow Skiing and Traveling.
